Mrs Beverley Bell (f)

Beverley Bell is the Practice's new Community Care Co-ordinator, their role is to assist patients in need of help, support and advice by signposting them to other useful services. Community Care Co-ordinators work with the NHS, the council and voluntary services and have become experts on what's happening in your community. They can help you to keep socially active and maintain your independence.

Mr Adam Woodcock (m)

Adam is our new Cancer Care Co-ordininator who's role at the practice is to support newly diagnosed cancer patients with their care and their carer's needs.

Adam's working days at The Caxton Surgery are a Wednesday and Friday.
