NON-NHS Services
Medical examinations for special purposes eg. HGV and PSV licences, pre-employment, fitness to travel, insurance etc are undertaken during surgery times at the discretion of the doctor.
Other forms such as private medical certificates, passport application forms, food handling certificates, child minder forms etc may also be submitted for completion. You will be charged a fee for all non-NHS services and are advised to check on the level of payment before such levels are completed. The charges are displayed behind reception and listed below but if you are unsure please check with a receptionist for details.
